Oath of office
On January 20, 2009, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John G. Roberts, Jr., incorrectly read the Oath of Office to President-elect Barack Obama, so he said it wrong, therefore, some people are suggesting that Obama was not President that day, and that the President was Joe Biden. Obama re-took the Oath of Office on January 21st to avoid and rumors that he wasn't "officially" the President.
